In this article, we explain how to change and reset your Rentman password and that of other users.
How do I change my own password?
|1.||Log in to Rentman.|
|2.||Click on your username in the top right corner of the screen.|
|3.||Select Edit data from the fold out menu.|
|4.||Under Login information, click Change password.|
|5.||Fill in both the password fields that appear.|
|6.||Click Save to save your new password.|
How do I change the password of another user?
|1.||Go to the Crew members module.|
|2.||Double click on the crew member whose password you want to change.|
|3.||Under Login information, click on the Change password button.|
|4.||Fill in both the password fields that appear.|
|5.||Click Save to save your new password.|
Please note that the crew member does not receive a notification of the password change.
How do I reset my own password?
Note: Keep in mind to use your username, not your email address, to log in.
|1.||If you aren't already, log out from Rentman.|
|2.||On the login screen, click Forgot password?|
|3.||Enter the email address that you use for your Rentman account. You will now receive an email with instructions to reset your password.|
|4.||Open the email and click on the link to begin setting a new password.|
I forgot my username, how can I retrieve it?
- Ask a colleague who works in Rentman to go to the Crew members module.
- Let them double click your name.
- Your username is listed under Login information.
