July 2017 - Update week 27

New in Rentman: Locking project price, Discount calculation, Display subproject status.

Our product team regularly updates Rentman with new features, improvements and bug fixes. You can read here what's included in our latest update.

check-small.png Lock project price and set discounts

You can now lock the price of your project in the financial overview. All (price) changes you make won't affect the total price when it's locked. As soon as you lock your project price you cannot change it until you unlock it again.

You can now set discounts by changing the price in one of the fields of your financial overview. Rentman will automatically calculate and display the correct discount percentage. Use this when you want to show a rounded price on your quotes and invoices.

We have added icons that indicate the amount of sub projects that your project has. The status of your subproject is also indicated when opening the view. Projects in option and concept are indicated in orange, canceled projects are indicated with a striketrough

check-small.png More additions and bug-fixes

  • We have renamed Repairs as Maintenance in the left navigation column. Under maintenance you can plan your repairs and set (recurring) inspections.
  • A scroll bar now shows up in a fold out menu when the content doesn't fit your screen.
  • You can now expand and collapse your navigation column by clicking on the Rentman logo.
  • Multiple speed improvements for the Crew and Transport Planner.
